  • All products are 3D printed to order in Noosa, Australia, and are designed for specific vehicle models as listed on each product page.
  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur between production runs. These variations do not constitute a defect.
  • Product dimensions and specifications are provided as a guide. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle model before purchasing.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify's payment gateway.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders ship same or next business day from Noosa, Queensland.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, logos, and digital files, is the intellectual property of SimuVerse.AU and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

6. Product Use and Safety

  • Products are designed for the specific vehicle models indicated. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before installation.
  • SimuVerse.AU is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimuVerse.AU is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
