Shipping Policy

We ship same or next business day from Noosa, Queensland. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays dispatch the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates (Australia)
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Budget untracked (orders under 200g): $5, 7 to 14 business days, no tracking or insurance
- Standard tracked: $11, 2 to 8 business days (orders up to 2kg)
- Express Post: $15.50, 1 to 3 business days (orders up to 2kg)
- Bulk tracked (orders over 2kg): $20
- Free shipping on all Australian orders over $300 AUD
We ship worldwide. Rates by zone (calculated at checkout):
- New Zealand: $15 standard, $25 express
- United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia: $30 standard, $55 express
Delivery is typically 7 to 20 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These are not included in the order total.
All tracked shipments include a tracking number, emailed once your order ships. Budget untracked shipping does not include tracking. If you select an untracked option, we cannot replace or refund lost parcels.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Address changes cannot be made once your order has dispatched.
For tracked and insured shipments, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if there is damage. We will lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
