Dispatch

We ship same or next business day from Noosa, Queensland. Orders placed before 2pm AEST typically dispatch that day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays dispatch the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates (Australia)

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination.

• Untracked (small items under 200g): $5, 3 to 10 business days
• Standard tracked: $11, 2 to 8 business days
• Express Post: $15.50, 1 to 3 business days
• Bulk (over 2.5kg): $20 tracked
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $300 AUD

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates by zone (calculated at checkout):

• New Zealand: $15 standard, $23 express
• Singapore: $20
• Fiji: $20
• Thailand: $18.50
• Canada: $25
• United States: $26
• United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia: $30 standard, $55 express
• Barbados, Mexico: $30
• Rest of world: $30

Delivery is typically 7 to 20 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These are not included in the order total.

Tracking

All tracked shipments include a tracking number, emailed once your order ships. Untracked domestic options do not include tracking. If you select an untracked option, we cannot replace or refund lost parcels.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Address changes cannot be made once your order has dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

For tracked and insured shipments, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if there is damage. We will lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
