Orders ship same or next business day from Noosa, QLD. Tracked delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days depending on your location, or 1 to 3 business days with Express Post. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for all options.

Yes, we ship to all states and territories across Australia, with free shipping on orders over $300 AUD. We also ship internationally.

Absolutely. All shipping options except Budget Shipping include tracking. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can assist you quickly. Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law.

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
