  • All products, including 3D-printed items and automotive accessories, are described as accurately as possible.
  • Due to the nature of 3D printing and manufacturing processes, minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur. These variations do not constitute a defect.
  • Product dimensions and specifications are provided as a guide. We recommend verifying compatibility with your specific vehicle model before purchasing.
  • All product images are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • All payments are securely processed via Shopify's payment gateway.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.
  • Shipping: We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Express Shipping Promotion: Orders over $100 AUD automatically qualify for express shipping at no additional cost.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including product designs, images, text, logos, and digital files—is the intellectual property of SimuVerse.AU or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.
  • Certain products are sold under license. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Product Use and Safety

  • Products are designed for the specific vehicle models indicated. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before installation.
  • SimuVerse.AU is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products.
  • If you are unsure about installation, we recommend consulting a professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimuVerse.AU is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
    • Use or inability to use our products
    • Errors or omissions on the website
    • Unauthorized access to your data
    • Third-party conduct or content
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Refund & Return Policy

At SimuVerse.AU, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, some limitations apply to returns and refunds.

1. Change of Mind Returns

  • We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
    • Not custom-made or personalized
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for change of mind returns unless faulty.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable on change of mind returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damage or defect
    • A brief description of the issue
  • We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost to you.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at SimuVerseAU@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 2: Wait for return authorization and instructions

Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable service (we recommend purchasing insurance)

Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
  • Shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for faulty or incorrect items.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different product or size, this will be treated as a return and new purchase.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Items returned without prior authorization

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items.
  • SimuVerse.AU is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

8. Inspection and Approval

  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • If a returned item does not meet our return criteria (damaged, used, missing parts), we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you at your expense.
  • You will be notified via email if your return is not approved.
